my family moved to Greenville when I was 5 and by the time I hit 25, I wanted to see and experience more! I moved to Chicago, where I enrolled at LeCordon Bleu Chicago and found out a few things about myself – my passions – for cooking, hosting, my Greek roots, and most importantly, for this jewel of a city that I took for granted. it was time to make the move back and combine all these passions...... welcome to (jī-rōz)!
